OPERATIONS

Orders received for corporate clients are based on prior assessment of their
requirements with an estimated volume. The assessment process involves physical
inspection of fleet sample, collation of fleet data and computation of
quantities required. Orders will be delivered to client’s nominated site prior
to or with mobilization of the installation team. Regardless of volume, orders
are always supplied directly from stock.
Upon
receipt of an order, mobilization of the installation team will be programmed
around client’s schedule. It is our aim to always remain flexible and adapt our
schedule to suit that of our clients. The size of the installation team will be
determined by the scale of the installation and timescales. Each installation
will be managed as a separate project. Depending on client requirements, it may
be necessary to station a team on the client’s premises for a defined period of
time. Our flexible, mobile workshops allow us to respond to our client’s needs
at all times. Customer services: Given that this product will be a first for
many of our customers, after sales support is an integral part of our
operations. The customer services team is responsible for taking and logging all
customer queries relating to every aspect of our operations, from order
placement to installation and after sales service.
We currently have a team
of over 50 technicians fully trained and certified in the installation of
Ride-On Tyre Protection System. Furthermore, in order to ensure that skills are
kept up to date, there will be re-training periodically. We will also be
undertaking a ‘train the trainer’ programme to ensure we have trainers in-house.
For some clients and distributors, it may be necessary to train a specified
number of their staff for the self installation of Ride-On Tyre Protection
System.
Establishing a viable
distribution network throughout Nigeria is key to the success of our operations.
Our distributors are responsible for generating sales, installation and customer
services in designated states with centralized full support and training. Our
distributors fully are trained on sales and installation of Ride-On Tyre
Protection System.
